Cluster Crisp Crumble

Ingredients

  • 800g apples, peeled, cored and sliced or cubed
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • 1 ½ cups Sanitarium Cluster Crisp Vanilla Almond, or your favourite flavour
  • 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons macadamia nut oil or rice bran oil

Method

  1. Combine apples, berries and cornflour and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fruit.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven, 180˚C, for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Serve immediately with low-fat ice cream or custard. Enjoy!
