Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit of your choice - pineapple, strawberries, mango, peach, orange 
  • 1 cup juice - apple, orange etc 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method

  1. Place ingredients into blender and process until smooth. 
  2. Pour mixture into ice block moulds and freeze until solid.

  • Try different fruit combinations to get different flavours and different nutrients.
