Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups soy or dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons malted milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Tips

  • Over ripe bananas are great for recipes like smoothies, cakes and muffins. If you have bananas at home that are over ripe you can store them in the freezer until you are ready to use them in a recipe.
  • For an extra twist the pulp of one passionfruit can be a great addition to this smoothie.
