This high fibre smoothie is a great hunger buster! Frozen berries and rolled oats bring a satisfying creamy texture to this nutritious drink.
Ingredients
250g frozen mixed berries
1 banana
2 cups So Good Almond Milk
1/4
cup rolled oats
1 cup crushed ice
1 tbs linseed meal
Weight, measurement and temperature conversions
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
