Berry oat smoothie

This high fibre smoothie is a great hunger buster!  Frozen berries and rolled oats bring a satisfying creamy  texture to this nutritious drink.

Ingredients

  • 250g frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups So Good Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tbs linseed meal

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
