Angela is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 35+ years’ experience working in the area of vegetarian and vegan nutrition.
Throughout her career she has worked mostly as a clinical dietitian caring for people with chronic lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, cancer and heart disease. More recently, Angela has brought her knowledge to Sanitarium Health Food Company and now focuses on prevention, advocating passionately for the health benefits of plant-based nutrition.
She was the coordinating editor and co-author of the Medical Journal of Australia articles on vegetarian nutrition and contributing author for several reference book chapters on vegetarian nutrition.
Her passions are her husband, her adult twin sons and six grandchildren as well as gardening, photography and music.
