Cooking Instructions

Preheat fry pan or BBQ plate to medium heat.  Add 1 Tbs of vegetable oil. Add the sausages, turning frequently, cook for 7-9 minutes until golden brown. Take care not to overcook the sausages to preserve juiciness. Serve hot and consume immediately. If stored frozen, thaw before use. Not suitable to microwave.
