Our plant-based Tender Fillets are a perfect swap for chicken – try them on skewers, in stir fries or veggie burgers. They’re delicious!
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove packaging, place Tender Fillets on a non-stick oven tray. Cook for 15 mins, turning over half way through.
Stove top: Remove packaging, place Tender Fillets in shallow frying pan. Cook for 10 mins, turning over during cooking.
Make sure the product is heated thoroughly and evenly before eating. Over cooking toughens and dries.
