Description

This unique combination of ingredients creates an interesting ice-cream that’s a real treat for a summer dinner party.
  • 1 ½ cups cooked adzuki beans, drained
  • 2 tbs soft brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 ½ cups dates, finely chopped
  • 1L So Good Creamy Vanilla Bliss frozen dessert

  1. Place the adzuki beans, sugar and vanilla essence in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped dates to the adzuki bean mixture and quickly fold in the So Good Bliss frozen dessert.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a 25cm x 16cm metal loaf tin and chill in freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the ice-cream is firm. Spoon into small bowls or cups to serve.
